Office 365 via Comcast’s Cloud Marketplace

Microsoft has announced that the Microsoft Office 365 is now available through Comcast’s Cloud Marketplace. With the intensions of widening the scope of Office 365, Microsoft is now looking into make their product available in the common market places as well. Although there may be some differences there, than the product is offered through Microsoft channels; Microsoft assumes that this would be a good move for them to attract small and medium sized businesses (SMBs).
Businesses can now directly join leading cloud-based office software and quickly begin to access well-known productivity apps like Word, Excel and PowerPoint from virtually anywhere, on any device. From the SMBs point of view it is important to note that if they decide to be a Comcast business customer they will be given the assist of the Comcast’s specially trained Cloud Desk Agents (CDAs) to assist customers through the installation process, answer technical questions, and provide service and provide support after the implementation process: which will ultimately allow them to save reasonable time effort and money in initializing Office 365. By subscribing to Office 365 with Comcast Business, SMBs will receive up to 1 Terabyte of cloud storage per user as well.
