As we told before Ockel Sirius A is an update of the Ockel Sirius B Black Cherry with an in built touch screen and a rechargeable battery. Let’s start the device specification from its design. The Ockel Sirius A is designed with Aluminum unibody and its ensure the durability of the device, magnificent design and also help for the passive cooling when the device running. And its 334g in weight and 3.4x.6.3×0.3-0.6 inches in dimensions. This backside of the device is decorated with embedded pattern and it helps to get more look for the device, get more cooling and better grip for the hand. You can choose whether Windows 10 Home or Windows 10 Professional as your pre-installed Operating System. It has 6 Inches full HD multi-touch screen panel and it’s graphics are powered from Intel HD Graphic 405 drivers. This device has both 1.4a HDMI port and 1.2 Displayport. Because of that you will able to connect an external monitor rather than looking through tiny 6” display and you can use multiple monitors by using both HDMI and Display ports. And incredible thing is the little device can support for 4K resolution up to 3840 x 2360 px at 30Hz. This will be a great advantage if you are going to use this device as a media player. As we told earlier, when we connect Sirius A to a monitor it will automatically switch to the Desktop mode and the tablet’s touch screen will be turn as a touch keyboard and a track pad. This feature is developed by the Microsoft and they have made a partnership with Ockel to provide this feature to Sirius A. This feature will be very useful when you forget to get your keyboard and mouse on your bag to your office. However, it is possible to connect physical mouse and a keyboard via USB port and use the touch screen as a secondary screen.
Finger Print Scanner
A fingerprint scanner feature has been included for both Sirius A and Sirius A Pro to protect your sensitive personal data. Thought you are able to carry this device wherever you go sometimes you will forget to get it back to you and it will be a cause to access it by another person. To avoid access your valuable data, this scanner will be very useful to the users.
100% Silent
Usually computing devices are getting heat due to their powerful processing components. To cool down these components, several mechanisms are used including air and liquid cooling. But as the unibody of the Sirius A is designed by using light aluminum, there is no active mechanism like rotating fans because the aluminum body will absorb the heat and cool the device using surrounding air passively. And this device only use flash memory, there is no need of noisy rotating hard drives.
