Azure Reservations can also be purchased by cloud solution providers via the Partner Center or Azure portal.
The amount of running virtual machines (VMs) in eligible regions that meet the reservation scope and attributes automatically qualifies for the discount. Only resources related to subscriptions bought through Enterprise, Cloud Solution Provider (CSP), Microsoft Customer Agreement, and individual plans with pay-as-you-go rates are eligible for the discount, which is good for a year after the date of purchase.
