Microsoft Windows 10’s Fall Creators Updated will be released on 17 October 2017.Confirmed via IFA 2017 keynote speaker and Executive Vice President of Windows of Microsoft, Terry Myerson. Later on last week Microsoft’s Official webpage was updated with the up coming features and drawbacks.

What’s new ?

Timeline – Timeline lets you jump back in time to find what you were working on, whether it was 2 hours or 2 months ago. Easily hop back into your files, apps and sites as if you never left.

Pick up where you left – Log out of one device and Cortana asks if you want to continue working in your app, doc or website on your next device. Plus, you can copy and paste between connected devices from your clipboard.

Windows Mixed Reality –  The medium that will combine our digital and psychical worlds to evolve human computing.

Other features include,

  • Enhanced security (built in AI to fight malware)
  • UI Changes on Microsoft Edge
  • Improved windows inking experiences.
  • Emoji 5.0
  • A few changes to the windows shell.
