Microsoft released a new update for Windows device recovery tool as 3.4.34 and this is available for Lumia and other third party phones which runs windows 8/8.1 or 10 as their operating system. An also users are free to reset and recover to factory preset status of their software. This is very important when the phone is in frozen status or when it is not responding.
